Let’s make the annoying parts of running your business easier.

You should be spending your time doing the work you’re good at, taking care of customers, and growing the business. Not chasing paperwork, remembering every follow-up, or copying the same information between tools.

I work directly with owners to fix those parts. Sometimes that means a small tool. Sometimes it means making the tools you already use work together.

AI should mean less grunt work and more time for the parts of your business you actually enjoy. Not another complicated system to learn.

If you have one in mind, tell me about it.

The kind of work I mean

A few ways the workday could feel lighter.

These are examples, not packages. We would begin with how your business actually works.

A little about me

I’m Harsh. I build software and lead AI projects for a living, but the part I enjoy most is sitting next to someone, seeing how the work actually happens, and making the frustrating parts less frustrating.

I have a soft spot for problems that begin with we still do this by hand. They are usually specific, a little messy, and more useful to fix than they sound.

I’m based in Boston. You can see the other things I build or read what I’ve been thinking about.

Coffee is on me.

Tell me what has been bothering you. I’m happy to offer a second set of eyes and think it through with you. No pitch and no commitment. If there is something useful we can fix together, we can talk about that later.
